Frequent ask questions about Villa Chiara
Is WIFI available?
Yes, there is wifi available in the house and on all terraces.
The wifi comes in via Starlink at high speed. There are no restrictions for the use of internet.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are not allowed but we can discuss exceptions for small animals.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted indoors and, in dry conditions, the utmost caution is advised outside due to the risk of fire.
Are there children facilities?
On the grounds there is a swimming pool, petanque court and play area, but less than 500 m away there is a tennis court, small playground in the village. Beach is 2 km away
Is there a charging station?
There is no charging station, the neareby is at the beach at 2 km
Can I change or cancel my booking
Een boeking wijzigen kan als er nog plaats vrij is. Daarvoor dien je ons telefonisch of via email te contacteren.
Annuleren kan, maar daar zijn kosten aan verbonden, naargelang de tijd voor de check-in datum.
Are there annulation costs?
If the lease is terminated by the tenant more than 60 calendar days before the start of the lease period, the landlord will refund half of this advance payment to the tenant. However, if the lease is terminated by the tenant less than 60 calendar days before the start of the lease period, the advance payment will not be refunded and the balance is due. It is recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
How does the rental agreement work?
When accepting the booking we will send the rental agreement by email. You can send it back signed by email or simply give your approval in an email.
What are the payment conditions?
When booking, 30% of the total rental price must be paid. The balance and the deposit will be paid 30 days before the check-in date. Payment is made to a French bank account, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Are there any costs for electricity or waterconsumption?
Electricity and water are included in the rental price.
Are there any deposit costs?
The deposit is 1,500 Euro, which will be refunded within one month after the end of the stay, after deduction of any damages.
What are the check in en out times?
You are welcome from 2 p.m. and we expect you to leave the house at 12 p.m.
Bed and bath linen are provided?
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The beds are made upon arrival. If you want to change them, you have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
Is airco provided?
Yes in all rooms.
Is there alarm?
Yes Alarm with camera is provided. All details will be given by arrival.
Is the villa wheelchair accessible?
The villa is wheelchair accessible to a limited extent as there are 2 stairs.
Are there shops nearby?
There is a general store, bakery, butcher in town. There are multiple big stores near St Tropez and Cavalaire. I St tropez you have all the luxury stores.
Are there sunbedsprovided?
Yes, there are sunbeds provided.
Is the pool heated?
No pool is not heated, but in summer this is not required.
Is the pool protected?
Yes the pool is protected with an alarm.
Can I get additional cleaning services during my stay?
Yes, this is possible and need to be arranges and payed directly with the cleaning lady.
Is there a contact person available?
Yes, all details will be provided for the cleaning lady and pool and garden boy.
Can I watch Belgian television programs?
Yes, all TV are smart TV with TV Vlaanderen en much more programs.
Are there any books or gaims available?
There are several games available, as well as a limited number of books.
What is the nearest train staion and airport
The nearest trainstation is in Saint Rafaël at 40km and nearest airport is Nice at 100 km.
