Rentingprices
Minimum periods of one week Starting on Saterday
The villa is for rent for maximun 8 persons. Small pets are allowed
The rental prices per week are:
- March to May: 5.000 €
- June: 6.250 €
- July & August: 15.000€
- September: 7.500 €
- October: 6.250 €
- November & December: 5.000 €
- Last week December & first week Janaury: 7.500 €
This price includes everything except cleaning. A mandatory cleaning person comes by each week and has to be paid locally by the tenant.
We will ask for a deposit of 2.500€ which will be reimbursed completely if there are no additional costs.
